Discover the Magic at Stockeld Park this October Half Term

If you're looking for activities, or days out, for all the family to enjoy during the October half term, then come visit the Enchanted Forest at Stockeld Park.

Visit our magical Enchanted Forest where trees have doors, toadstools are larger than life and pumpkins have wheels. Whether on a bright morning, sunny afternoon or in fading Autumn light, wandering along the Enchanted Forest trail at Stockeld Park with the family is magical.

There are Halloween events, Pottery Painting, Puppet Making and a Puppet Show, available this October half term, to inspire children of all ages.

2010 October Half Term Events include:

Pottery Painting

Monday 25 October. 11.45am, 1.15pm, 2.45pm and 4.15pm. Get creative and paint a piece of pottery. All ages.

Finger Puppet Making Workshop – NEW

Tuesday 26 October. 12.30pm, 2.30pm. Come and make a fantastic finger puppet to take home. All ages.

Puppet Show by Mark's Magic Kingdom – NEW

A free event on Tuesday 26 October at 1.45pm. Be entertained by a 30 minute professional puppet show.

Things to do at Stockeld Park every day.

The Enchanted Forest, skating, maze, Nordic Ski trail, shop and cafe are always available 7 days a week. Entrance and parking is free so you only pay for the activities you have the energy for.

Stockeld Park, a country estate near Wetherby on the A661 to Harrogate hosts events and activities for all ages.
